Comparison between domestic microscopes and imported microscopes

1. Price: Domestic microscopes have low prices, generally ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands, making them more suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with low inspection requirements and limited equipment funds. Imported microscopes usually range from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, and prices vary greatly depending on the manufacturer and model. They are mainly used for large and medium-sized enterprises with high inspection requirements and sufficient procurement funds.

2. Although domestic equipment is still developing and improving in terms of product quality, there is still a significant gap in terms of product quality and technology compared to foreign imports. Personally, I believe that it will not be possible to catch up in the short term.

3. Optical system: Most domestic microscopes use a limited range optical system, so the functions of the products are relatively simple. Some * * products use an infinite range optical system, but the related technology is not yet mature. Imported manufacturers use infinite distance optical systems, among which the ICCS optical system from Zeiss Germany is advanced.

4. Objective lenses, domestically produced microscopes often use achromatic lenses, which have a relatively small field of view, poor image contrast, and poor color reproduction. The magnification of the objective lens can reach up to 40 times, and the 100x objective lens is mainly composed of oil lenses. The objectives of imported microscope manufacturers are mostly divided into achromatic objectives, semi apochromatic objectives, and apochromatic objectives. The new objective technology is EC contrast enhanced objectives. The field of view of the objective lens is much larger than that of domestic objectives, and the imaging quality and contrast are relatively excellent. The magnification of the objective lens can reach up to 100 times.

5. Mechanical stability, the overall workmanship of domestic microscopes is relatively rough, and mechanical failures are high, especially after a few years of use. The overall performance of the equipment decreases significantly, and the service life is 2-5 years (depending on the frequency of use and maintenance). Imported microscopes have fine workmanship, stable mechanical performance, and a service life of more than 5 years.
