Digital Multimeter Resistance Measurement Considerations
When measuring online resistance, the line power supply must be turned off and all capacitors must be fully discharged.
·If the measured resistance is open circuit or the resistance value exceeds the maximum range of the meter, the meter will display "OL".
·When measuring resistance above 1MΩ, it will take several seconds for the meter to stabilize the reading, which is normal for high resistance measurement.
·When measuring resistance, please do not input voltage value, otherwise the reading will be inaccurate. If it exceeds the overload protection voltage of 250V, it may damage the instrument and endanger the safety of users.
·After the measurement is completed, immediately disconnect the test leads from the circuit under test.
