Easy to use laser rangefinder for distance measurement and control

Measurement mode
Two different measurement modes can be used to measure the distance, namely single measurement and continuous measurement. Continuous measurement is used to determine a given distance or length, and can also be used in inaccessible locations (such as corners, edges or niches).

1, a single measurement
If the rangefinder is turned off, it can be turned on by pressing the "On/Off" button or the "Measure" button. If the rangefinder is turned on by pressing the "Measure" button, the laser will also be turned on, so the following steps can be omitted.

1.1. Turn on the laser by pressing the "Measure" button.

1.2. Aim the rangefinder at the target and press the "Measure" button.

The measured distance will be displayed in the result line within 1 second.

2, continuous measurement (tracking)
During continuous measurement, the distance is updated in the result row at a rate of about 6 -10 measurements per second. The measurement rate depends on the reflectivity of the target surface. If tone is enabled, continuous measurement will be prompted by sounding tone about 2 -3 times per second.

2.1. Press and hold the "Measure" button for about 2 seconds to start the continuous measurement mode.

2.2. The measurement can be stopped by pressing the "Measure" button again.

2.3. The last valid measured value will then be displayed in the result line of the display screen.

measuring range
1. Increase of measuring range: When measuring in a dark environment (dawn or evening) and when the target and/or rangefinder are in the shadow of bright light, the measuring range of rangefinder usually increases. Using the target board will also increase the measuring range of the rangefinder.

2. Reduced measuring range: The measuring range may be reduced under bright conditions, such as when working under bright sunlight or extremely strong lighting. When measuring through the glass or when an object is located in the laser beam path, the measuring range of the rangefinder may be reduced.

When measuring a green, blue or black matte surface or a wet or luminous surface, the measuring range of the rangefinder may be reduced.
