EL type electrical connection wind direction anemometer
1. Structure
EL type electric wind direction anemometer is a wired telemetry instrument composed of sensors, indicators and recorders.
The sensor consists of two parts: wind direction and wind speed (see figure). The wind direction part is composed of wind vane, wind direction azimuth block, conductive ring, contact, etc.; the wind speed part is composed of wind cup, alternator, worm gear and so on.
2. Install
⑴ Operation test should be carried out before installation, and installation can only be carried out if the operation is normal.
⑵ The sensor should be installed on a solid high pole or tower, and a lightning protection device should be attached. The height of the wind speed sensor (the center of the wind cup) from the ground is 10-12m; if it is installed on the platform, the wind speed sensor (the center of the wind cup) is 6-8m away from the platform surface (if the platform has a wall, it is from the top of the wall), and the distance from the ground The height shall not be lower than 10m.
⑶ The central axis of the sensor should be vertical, and the azimuth guide rod should point to the south. In order to check the correct orientation, a small wooden stake should be fixed on the ground directly south of the high pole or tower as a mark.
⑷ Indicators and recorders should be placed on the table in the duty room stably, and connected to the sensors with cables;
⑸ The power supply uses AC (220V) or dry battery (12V). If dry batteries are used, care should be taken not to connect the positive and negative poles incorrectly.
3. Observation records and changing paper
⑴ Observation records
Turn on the wind direction and wind speed switches of the indicator, observe the average position of the wind speed pointer for two minutes, read the integer, fill in the decimal places, and record it in the corresponding column of the observation book. When the wind speed is small, set the wind speed switch to "20" and read the scale scale of 0-20m/s; when the wind speed is high, turn the wind speed switch to "40" and read the scale scale of 0-40m/s. Observe the wind direction indicator, read the maximum wind direction for two minutes, record the calm wind with the corresponding symbols of the sixteen directions, record the wind speed as 0.0, and record the wind direction as C; if the average wind speed exceeds 40.0m/s, record it as >40.0, and make the daily total , Daily average time, according to 40.0 statistics
⑵ Replacing the self-recording paper
The method steps are basically the same as the barometer. The difference is:
① The pen tip is used to mark the time on the self-recording paper by pressing down on the wind speed self-recording pen holder;
② It is not necessary to use the counterclockwise method to adjust the time after changing the paper;
After aligning the time, the compression nut on the bell barrel must be tightened.
4. Organize the self-report paper
⑴ Time difference correction
Based on the actual time, according to the time mark on the self-recording paper, find out the timing error of the self-recording clock within 24 hours, distribute it to each hour according to the variation, and then use a pencil to draw each Punctual time stamp.
When the timing error of the self-recording clock is less than or equal to 20 minutes within 24 hours, it is not necessary to correct the time difference. But try to find out the cause of the error and eliminate it.
⑵ Wind speed at each hour
Calculate the wind speed within ten minutes before the punctual point, according to the number of grids (1 grid is equivalent to 1.0m/s) that the trace passes through the bisecting grid line on the self-recording paper. For example, mark 5.0 with 5 squares, 3.3 with 3 squares, and 2.7 with 2 squares. When the wind speed draws a horizontal line, record 0.0, and at the same time, record the wind direction as C
The wind speed self-recording part is connected once according to the air stroke of 200m, and the wind speed self-recording pen jumps correspondingly to record. If it beats once within ten minutes, the wind speed is 0.3m/s (ie 200m/600s); if the pen tip beats twice within ten minutes, the wind speed is 0.7m/s (ie 400m/600s). Therefore, the decimal place of wind speed can only be 0, 3 and 7.
⑶ wind direction
The most frequent occurrence is picked from the five wind direction records within the ten minutes preceding each time point. If two of the *multiple wind directions have the same number of occurrences, the one dashed line on the left of * should be discarded and selected from the remaining four dashed lines; Press the three dashes on the right to pick. If the five strokes are all in different directions, the direction of the first stroke on the right will be used as the record at that time.
⑷ Daily maximum wind speed
From several steep line segments in the daily (20-20 o'clock) wind speed record, intercept the wind speed of the ten-minute line segment for comparison, select the maximum value as the ten-minute maximum wind speed of the day, and pick the corresponding wind direction , indicating the end time of the period.
