Fluid solenoid valve tells the application range of infrared thermomete
The infrared thermometer is non-contact, light in weight, durable and easy to use. At the same time, the temperature value provided by the infrared thermometer has an accuracy of 1-4%, and the longest temperature measurement distance can reach 180 feet. It becomes a cost-saving diagnostic and preventative tool in electrical system and equipment maintenance inspections. In the electrical field, infrared thermometers prevent equipment failure and unplanned downtime in the following applications.
1. Connector - The electrical connection part will be loose due to connection points; repeated heating (expansion) and cooling (shrinkage); dust, carbon deposition and corrosion and other factors will generate heat. Non-contact infrared thermometers quickly identify abnormal temperature rises, alerting equipment to serious problems.
2. Motor - In order to prolong the service life of the motor, always check the power connection and the temperature of the circuit breaker (or heater) for abnormalities.
3. Motor bearings – the detection of bearing points can monitor the change of hot spots before the equipment fails, and carry out planned maintenance or replacement parts in advance.
4. Motor winding insulation – the infrared thermometer measures the temperature of the motor winding insulation to maximize the service life of the winding insulation.
5. Phase-Phase Measurement – By monitoring the phase-phase temperature of cables and connectors of induction motors, mainframe computers and other equipment, it can be used to judge the temperature difference.
6. Transformers – Check the winding temperature of air-cooled units for hot spots indicating winding defects.
7. Uninterruptible power supply – detect the local hot connection in the UPS output filter, if there is a cold spot, it may indicate that the DC filter circuit is open.
8. Backup battery – monitor the correctness of the low-voltage battery connection to prevent the connected battery from heating up and causing the terminal post to burn.
9. Ballast – check in advance to prevent the ballast from overheating and burning out.
10. Public equipment - Infrared thermometers can handle the connection parts of equipment, cable connectors, transformers and other hot spots of equipment with ease.
