2. Application period of gas detector
The service life of the gas detector is generally 2-3 years, and the longer one is 3-5 years, but generally the warranty period is one year. The key has a lot to do with the controller of any key component, because the controller is a compound, If it is in contact with gas, it will be consumed gradually, and the service life will continue to decrease. Therefore, general gas detectors will not have any problems when they are used for more than ten years. When the service life of the controller is over, replace the controller immediately. The device will do.
The measured gas leakage conditions in different venues are different, and the application level of the controller of the gas detector is different. The controller of the gas detector with repeated applications and alarms will consume a lot of money and have a long service life. It is definitely shorter than normal, and the actual use situation of each customer site is different, so it is impossible to say that the warranty period is long, usually it is a one-year warranty period and lifetime maintenance.
