Periodic inspection mainly includes the measurement performance and general technical requirements of the instrument. In the aspect of measurement performance, it is necessary to test the indication error, repeatability, response time and drift degree of the instrument to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test results. In terms of general technical requirements, it is necessary to check the appearance structure, logo, power-on inspection, alarm function inspection and insulation resistance of the instrument. The requirements of these testing items shall refer to JJG 693-2011 Verification Regulation of Flammable Gas Detection Alarm.
In the inspection of appearance structure, it is required that the work damage of the instrument cannot affect its normal work, and the surface of the newly manufactured instrument should be smooth and smooth, and there is no peeling and corrosion. At the same time, the connection of the instrument should be reliable, and all knobs and keys should be able to operate and control normally. For the instrument logo, the name, model, factory date, factory manufacturer, instrument number and explosion-proof certification are required to be complete, complete and clear. During the power-on inspection, the instrument should be able to work normally, and the display screen should be able to display all data clearly and completely. The alarm function of the instrument also needs to be checked to ensure that it can send out alarm signals normally. For some instruments with AC power supply, the insulation resistance should be not less than 20MΩ.
During regular inspection, it is necessary to ensure that the ambient temperature is within the range of 0-40℃, the relative humidity is lower than 85%, and it is in a well-ventilated place without disturbing the presence of the gas to be measured. When testing, it is necessary to use the same gas standard material as the gas measured by the instrument, or it can use isobutane or propane gas standard material for testing.
