Guide to the daily use of biological microscope
After adding cover glass, the surface of the specimen is even and the light is concentrated, which is convenient for inspection.
When the microscope is taken out of the wooden box or boxed, hold the mirror arm tightly with the right hand, hold the mirror base firmly with the left hand, and take it out gently. Don't extract with one hand to prevent the microscope from falling, and then gently put it on the practice table or put it in a wooden box.
When the biological microscope is placed on the practice table, first put one end of the lens holder, and then put all the lens holders firmly. Never make the lens holder contact with the table at the same time, so the vibration is too large and the lens and micro-regulator devices are easy to be damaged.
The microscope should always be kept clean, so as not to make oil and dust adhere to it. If the lens part is unclean, wipe it lightly with mirror cleaning paper. If there is oil stain, first dip the mirror cleaning paper in a little xylene to wipe it off.
Microscopes should not be exposed and used in the sun.
Don't take out and remove the eyepiece and objective lens casually. When the eyepiece must be taken out, cover the upper mouth of the lens barrel with a clean cloth to prevent dust from falling into the lens barrel. When replacing the objective lens, it should be placed upside down under a clean countertop after being removed, and then put into the tube where the objective lens is placed in the wooden case.
After the microscope is used up, remove the specimen, lower it through the condenser, then turn the objective lens into a figure of eight, and turn the coarse adjuster to lower the lens barrel to prevent the objective lens from colliding with the condenser.
The biological microscope should be placed in a dry place to prevent mildew.
The mechanical stage is focused and limited to prevent accidents.
The focus position can be locked, which makes it easier to refocus after changing samples. When the upper limit of the stage is locked, accidental contact between the objective lens and the slide can be avoided, thus preventing damage to the object and the objective lens.

Unlike conventional microscopes, the binocular tube can sometimes fall off when it rotates. However, CX22 series, equipped with a specially designed needle, effectively eliminates this concern. Eyepiece, objective lens, objective lens turntable, and other components are also fixed to the microscope stand to prevent them from falling off or being lost during transportation.

The coarse focusing torque can be adjusted to meet the audience's preferences and use needs. A coaxial focusing knob allows the left or right side of an operation to be adjusted from a coarse focus and a fine focus.
