How do I set up a gas detector?
Those engaged in the petrochemical industry must be familiar with the gas detector. It can provide the concentration of the gas that needs to be detected in the working environment in a timely manner. Based on these data, the staff can scientifically analyze whether to enter the environment for work or take corresponding measures to reduce the concentration of toxic gases in the working environment. So how to set up the gas detector?
Alarm point setting:
Normally, there are only A1 alarm value and A2 alarm value in the factory; TWA alarm value, S alarm value and low concentration alarm value can be set separately according to user requirements.
a. A1 alarm value: also called the first level alarm value, when the instrument detects that the gas concentration is higher than the set value of A1, the instrument will emit sound, light and vibration alarm at the same time, and the alarm value and alarm type can be customized.
b. A2 alarm value: also called secondary alarm value, when the instrument detects that the gas concentration is higher than the set value of A2, the instrument will send out sound, light and vibration alarms at the same time, and the alarm value and alarm type can be customized.
c. Low concentration alarm value: When the instrument detects that the gas concentration is lower than the set value, the instrument will send out sound, light and vibration alarms at the same time. The alarm value and alarm type can be customized.
d. TWA alarm value: The instrument records measurement data every 10 minutes, and records 48 data, that is, data within an 8-hour period. When the average value of these 48 data is higher than the TWA alarm value setting value, the instrument will simultaneously send out an audible and visual alarm. The alarm value and alarm type can be customized.
e. S alarm value: The instrument records measurement data at regular intervals, and records 15 data, that is, data within a 15-minute time period. When the average value of these 15 data is higher than the set value of S alarm value, the instrument will simultaneously send out sound and light alarms. The alarm value and alarm type can be customized.
Gas detector zero setting:
The gas detector is a single gas or multi-gas detector that can be flexibly configured. It can be equipped with combustible gas sensors and optional two toxic gas sensors or optional four toxic gas sensors or optional single gas sensors.
Zero setting:
1. After starting up, press the power button to enter the menu page.
2. Press the up and down keys to select menu items.
3. Select the zero point setting, click the power button to enter, select the gas, and check whether the number is 0.
4. If the value is not 0, enter the zero point fine-tuning from the menu, adjust the value to 0 through the addition and subtraction items, and save.
