How does the observation magnification of a stereo microscope fit different requirements

Stereoscopic microscopy is used for three-dimensional inspection and observation of electronic components, integrated circuit boards, rotary cutting tools, magnets, etc. How to adapt to these different requirements based on the need to observe different objects at different multiples? It can be solved through multiple aspects. a. It can be achieved through optical performance. b. It can be selected for video observation. c. It can be achieved through mechanical performance. d. It can be illuminated by a light source

Optical performance: Based on the observation requirements of the measured object, different eyepieces/objectives are selected to solve problems such as large magnification and field of view. When only a large magnification is required, the high magnification eyepiece and objective lens can be replaced. When a large field of view is required, the requirement can be achieved by replacing the objective lens, reducing the eyepiece, or replacing the large field of view eyepiece.

Video observation: When the optical magnification is not sufficient, electronic magnification can be used as compensation. When observing simultaneously and hoping to store and preserve, we can choose videos. There are various video methods: A. You can directly use the monitor B. You can connect to a computer (through a digital CCD or analog CCD image acquisition card) C. You can connect to a digital camera (different digital cameras need to consider different interfaces and compatibility with the same microscope)

Mechanical performance: When encountering welding, assembly, inspection of large integrated circuit boards, and requirements for working distance, we can solve them through mechanical performance, such as universal supports, rocker arm supports, large mobile platforms, etc. By leveraging their performance characteristics, our detection work can be completed directly through brackets and platforms when detecting large objects. No need to move our measured object. For example, due to the large size of the tested circuit board and the need for subtle tilt observation, the circuit board of Company A is difficult to move and can only be tested through mechanical movement. The use of a universal bracket can simultaneously meet these usage requirements.

Light source illumination: Light source illumination plays a crucial role in whether the object being measured can be clearly seen. When choosing lighting, it is necessary to choose the corresponding lighting tools and lighting methods based on the characteristics of the object being measured (considering its requirements for light, such as strength, weakness, and reflection). If the transmission and oblique lighting provided by a typical stereo microscope cannot meet your lighting needs, we have also prepared LED cold light source lamps, circular lamps, single/double fiber cold light source lamps, etc. for you.
