How is the liquid in the water level gauge filled?
A level ruler will have horizontal bubbles with liquid flowing inside, and the bubbles inside will also move when tilted left and right. The level ruler measures the level through it. So, what liquid is the water in the level ruler?
In fact, the liquid in the level ruler is not ordinary water, but a mixture of alcohol, glycerol, ethylene glycol, and water, which is made into a specific ratio and loaded into the level ruler. The reason for using this liquid is that the level ruler requires the liquid to not freeze, have good fluidity, stability, and fluorescence.
How is the liquid in the level gauge filled
In the process of making a level gauge, how to place the liquid into the level gauge and place the bubble in the center is the key to the measurement accuracy of the entire level gauge. Next, we will introduce the liquid filling process of the level gauge:
1. Place the body of the level ruler on the machine and dig out several holes. These holes will be filled with level bubbles containing bubbles and used as handles.
2. Melt the plastic and inject it into a circular arc-shaped small bottle as a leveling bubble. The injected small bottle is sealed at one end and has an opening at the other end.
3. The small bottles are fed onto the mechanical claw through a vibrating disc feeder. The mechanical claw holds each small bottle and rotates it to open upwards, injecting mixed liquid into the small bottle. The same amount of liquid is injected into each small bottle, leaving only the space needed to form bubbles.
4. The mechanical claw is used to attach a plastic cap to a small bottle cap, and the plastic cap is welded to the small bottle using an ultrasonic welding machine to seal the liquid inside the small bottle.
5. Horizontal bubbles with bubbles will be captured by a camera, and the computer will automatically detect the size and position of the bubbles to determine if they are qualified. The small bottle will be rolled on the machine, and two indicator lines will be heat transferred onto the small bottle.
6. At this point, the small bottle needs to be inspected again. The small bottle that passes the inspection will enter the solid fusion bonding system, which will inject the melted plastic into the gap to form the base of the horizontal bubble. Then, the horizontal bubble with the base will be inserted into the opening of the ruler body and fixed with glue.
Is the liquid level ruler toxic
non-toxic.
The liquid in the level ruler is ethylene glycol, alcohol, water, and glycerol, all of which are non-toxic. If you accidentally break the level ruler and cause the liquid to stick to your body, don't worry. Just rinse it off with clean water.
