How many different sampling techniques does the CO detector have?
Speaking of carbon monoxide, everyone must be familiar with it. Carbon monoxide poisoning accidents have occurred very frequently in news accidents in the past, especially in the two seasons of summer and winter. So how can we accurately perceive whether the concentration of carbon monoxide exceeds the standard in the environment we are in? This requires the use of a carbon monoxide detector. What are the sampling methods of the carbon monoxide detector?
1. Pump suction carbon monoxide detector
The instrument is equipped with a small air pump, and its working method is that the power supply drives the air pump to extract and sample the carbon monoxide in the area to be measured, and then send the carbon monoxide into the instrument for detection. The pump-suction carbon monoxide detector is characterized by fast detection speed. When it is equipped with an external sampling handle, it can perform long-distance measurement of the dangerous area and maintain the safety of personnel. Others are the same as the diffusion gas detector.
2. Diffusion carbon monoxide detector
The gas in the detected area slowly flows the sample gas into the instrument for detection with the free flow of air. This method is affected by the detection environment, such as ambient temperature, wind speed, etc. The advantage of the diffusion carbon monoxide detector is that the cost is relatively low.
The working principle of the pump-suction gas detector is basically the same as that of the diffusion gas detector. The carbon monoxide is detected by the carbon monoxide sensor, and then the corresponding value is displayed on the screen after being amplified and sorted by the circuit.
Therefore, if the customer detects the concentration of carbon monoxide when the concentration of carbon monoxide is relatively low, it is recommended that the customer use a diffusion carbon monoxide detector, but if the customer detects the concentration of carbon monoxide when the concentration of carbon monoxide is relatively high or detects carbon monoxide in a narrow space concentration, it is recommended that customers use a pump-suction carbon monoxide detector.
The above sampling method of the carbon monoxide detector is shared here. The carbon monoxide detector can continuously detect the concentration of toxic gases, oxygen, and flammable and explosive gases, and observe the current gas concentration at any time. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, coal mine, Metallurgy, papermaking, fire protection, municipal administration, telecommunications, food, textile and other industries.
