1: Cleaning
If necessary, please wipe the case of the instrument with a soft and clean cloth. Never use solvents or detergents for direct cleaning.
2: Replace the sensor
If you want to replace the core electronic components and gas sensors inside the detector, please contact Honey Egger technicians as soon as possible.
3: Battery charging
Before using the detector, the lithium battery must be fully charged until the power light is no longer flashing, which means it is fully charged
The precautions for daily maintenance of the portable single gas detector are as follows:
1. The portable detector is tested under normal working environment, and the working life of the sensor is more than 2 years.
2. In order to ensure accurate measurement accuracy, the portable gas detector should be calibrated regularly. The calibration period should not exceed one year. The industry recommends that the calibration be calibrated once a year.
3. Do not make the portable gas detector frequently contact with high concentration gas with concentration higher than the detection range, and it is strictly forbidden to collide and disassemble the sensor, otherwise the working life of the sensor will be directly lost.
4. It is necessary to use the portable gas detector in a place with no corrosive gas, oil fume and excessive particulate matter, otherwise the sampling port of the detector may be blocked or the sensitivity of the sensor may be reduced.
5. If the machine does not respond for a long time, please turn off the power of the detector and restart it.
6. Prevent the portable gas detector from falling from a height or being subjected to severe vibration
