How to adapt to different requirements by observing the magnification of a stereoscopic microscope

A body microscope is used for three-dimensional inspection and observation of electronic components, integrated circuit boards, rotary cutting tools, magnets, etc. How to adapt to these different requirements based on the need to observe objects at different multiples? It can be solved through multiple aspects. a. It can be achieved through optical performance. b. It can be selected for video observation. c. It can be achieved through mechanical performance. d. It can be illuminated through a light source

Optical performance: According to the observation requirements of the measured object, different eyepieces/objectives are selected to solve problems such as large magnification and large field of view. When only a large magnification is required, the large magnification eyepiece and objective lens can be replaced. When a large field of view is required, the objective lens can be replaced or reduced to meet the requirements.

Video observation: When the optical magnification is insufficient, electronic magnification can be used to compensate. When observing simultaneously and hoping to store and retain, we can choose videos. There are various video methods: A. It can be directly connected to the monitor B. It can be connected to a computer (through a digital CCD or analog CCD image acquisition card) C. It can be connected to a digital camera (different digital cameras should consider different interfaces and compatibility with the microscope)

Mechanical performance: When encountering welding, assembly, inspection of large integrated circuit boards, and requirements for working distance, we can solve these problems through mechanical performance, such as universal supports, rocker arm supports, large mobile platforms, etc. By leveraging their performance characteristics, our detection work can be completed directly through brackets and platforms when detecting large objects. There is no need to move our measured object. For example, ABB Company has difficulty moving the circuit board due to its large size and the need for subtle tilting observation, and can only complete the testing work through mechanical movement. The function of the universal support can simultaneously meet these usage requirements.

Light source lighting: Light source lighting plays a crucial role in whether the object being tested can be clearly seen. When choosing lighting, it is necessary to choose the corresponding lighting tools and lighting methods based on the characteristics of the object being tested (considering its requirements for light, such as strong/weak/reflective).
