When a 10g combined standard weight is put on for calibration, the balance position of the balance is not at zero, but there is a deviation. The deviation can be eliminated by adjusting the balance. When the deviation is small, adjust the small balance at the front of the balance. , if the deviation is large, the beam can be taken out, and the large balance thallium at the rear of the beam can be adjusted until the balance is in a balanced position. It should be noted that after the adjustment is completed, the balance thallium must be tightened. 2. Adjustment of the division value of the fast moisture analyzer
Whether the moisture content of the item measured by the rapid moisture analyzer is correct or not depends on the correctness and error of the division value of the instrument's label. As an important measurement technical index, the division value must be adjusted after the weighing error of the balance is adjusted. Check the graduation value of the sign. The method is to take out a 1g standard weight from the weighing pan, and observe through the projection screen at this time, the scale line at the end of the sign should coincide with the baseline on the light screen, and the error should not be greater than ±1 division value, if the error exceeds the allowable value, the beam of the balance should be taken out, and the division value should be adjusted by rotating the center of gravity thallium. Because the pointer of the beam of the quantitative balance of the fast moisture analyzer is upward, and the center of gravity is at the lower end, which is opposite to the installation method of the beam of ordinary balances, the adjustment method of its center of gravity is opposite to that of ordinary balances. After taking out the beam, put the pointer Downward, when the division value is large, rotate the center of gravity counterclockwise, that is, increase the distance between the center of gravity and the fulcrum blade; when the division value is small, rotate the center of gravity clockwise to reduce the distance between the center of gravity and the fulcrum blade , Adjust the graduation value to meet the requirements, and then tighten the center of gravity thallium.
