1. The method to test whether the holding level is level is: first put the level against the wall, level the water level of the level, draw a line on the wall, then exchange the left and right ends of the level, and then put Look at the original drawn line, if the ruler coincides with the line, and the water in the vial of the spirit level is still flat, it means that the level ruler is in a horizontal state and can be used continuously; if it does not coincide, you need to adjust it The screw of the vial is used for calibration.
2. To ensure that the reference plane of the spirit level is horizontal, you can also use a plug gauge to check it on the platform. First, operate it on the calibration instrument, calibrate the level bubble, fix it strongly after calibration, and then start checking, the same position is 180 degrees Turn around, if the position of the water bubble is the same, it proves that the level gauge is qualified; if there is any deviation, you can use the plug gauge to measure the error range and adjust it.
