Working Principle: When the temperature of the soldering head is below the constant temperature value, the magnetic temperature sensor connected to the end of the soldering head sucks the permanent magnet, so that the contacts on the magnet connecting rod are turned on, and the power supply is sent to the heating element, so that the temperature of the soldering head rises gradually. When the temperature is higher than the constant temperature, the heating element loses its magnetism, the power supply cuts off and stops heating. If you change the type of heating element, you can get different constant temperature values.


How to choose the soldering iron?
(1) Welding integrated circuits, transistors and their heat-prone components, consider the choice of 20W endothermic or 25W exothermic soldering iron.
(2) Welding thicker wires or coaxial cables, consider the choice of 50W endothermic or 45 ~ 75W external hot soldering iron.
(3) Welding larger components, such as metal chassis grounding pads, should be used more than 100W soldering iron.
(4) The shape of the soldering iron head should be adapted to the requirements of the surface of the welded parts and product assembly density.


Simply put, according to the welding object should be reasonable selection of the power and type of soldering iron, the soldered piece is larger, the use of the power of the soldering iron should be larger, if the power is small, the welding temperature is too low, the solder melting slower, the flux is not easy to evaporate, the solder joints are not smooth, not firm, which will inevitably result in the appearance of the quality and strength of the weld is unqualified, or even the solder can not be melted, the weld can not be carried out.
