3. Drink mung bean soup or honey water before going to bed. This can reduce internal heat and help your mood. Moreover, mung beans and honey can eliminate a large amount of absorbed lead and radiation.
4. You can make the soldering iron a little brighter and try to use a PPD soldering head. In this way, when the temperature reaches the temperature, you can use less soldering oil and rosin to reduce the harm to the body.
5. When the solder oil is smoking, try to turn your head to the side. When brushing the water, you should also turn your head to the side and try to hold your breath.
6. Use more alcohol. If you brush with alcohol for a while, the effect will be almost the same.
7. Wash your hands after welding.
8. Take a shower before going to bed. Try to go to bed early and get up early to ensure adequate sleep. As long as you sleep well, impurities can basically be excreted with the body.

Choice of soldering iron
The power of the soldering iron should be determined by the size of the solder joint. The larger the solder joint area, the faster the heat dissipation of the solder joint. Therefore, the power of the soldering iron should also be larger. Generally, the power of soldering irons is 20W, 25W, 30W, 35W, 50W and so on. It is more appropriate to choose a power of about 30W.
After the electric soldering iron is used for a long time, a layer of oxide will be formed on the head of the soldering iron. At this time, it will not be easy to eat tin.
