How to set the emissivity parameter of infrared thermometer
Emissivity of infrared thermometer
Emissivity refers to the emissivity of the infrared light waves of the object, the emissivity of the infrared light of the object is different, infrared thermometer is to receive the infrared spectrum emitted by the object, so it is necessary to adjust the emissivity of the instrument and the emissivity of the object corresponds to the emissivity of the object, so that the measured temperature value is closest to the absolute value.
Setting the emissivity parameters of the infrared thermometer method
First, coloring method
This method is mainly the target surface painted black, and the emissivity of the pyrometer is set to black paint (or black tape) emissivity 0.97 (0.93), and then use infrared two-color pyrometer to measure the temperature of the black parts of the T1, and then use infrared fiber optic pyrometer to measure the surface temperature of the parts close to the black parts of the T2, adjust the infrared pyrometer emissivity value, so that the T2 is closest to T1 The emissivity value obtained at this time is the emissivity of the target to be measured.
Second, the comparison method
Find a contact temperature probe, measure the temperature of the surface of the target to be measured, to be stabilized after the temperature, adjust the infrared thermometer emissivity, so that the infrared thermometer temperature values measured with the contact temperature probe temperature display consistent, the emissivity of the emissivity of the target to be measured at this time.
Third, check the table method
According to the operating manual or the relevant documents provided by the emissivity table, according to the material of the target to be measured, find the corresponding emissivity value of the infrared thermometer to set.
