How to use a multimeter to detect bridge stacks?
Answer: A bridge stack essentially encapsulates a bridge rectifier circuit in a plastic casing, which not only reduces the area occupied by diodes on the printed circuit board, but also simplifies the circuit. The appearance and internal circuit of the bridge stack are shown in Figures 3-12. Generally, symbols for AC voltage input and DC voltage output are marked on the outer surface of the corresponding pins of the bridge stack.
For the detection of bridge quality, it can be seen from the circuit structure of the bridge rectifier circuit that using the four pins of the bridge can detect the four diodes in the bridge, using the same method as detecting ordinary diodes.
