How to use digital microscope and software functions
Instructions
1. Before using the USB digital microscope, you should install the driver and the corresponding V1.0U image viewing software.
2. Connect the digital microscope to the computer, then run the Vibao1.0U software, select "device" and then select "usb point 2.0 v130 camera" menu "dynamic video" to image.
3. In the menu "Options" "Video capture pin...", the output size can choose the desired output video size;
4. In the menu "Options" "Video capture filter Video proc Amp", you can adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation of the image by yourself.
5. If the imaging light is relatively bright. You can put a piece of white paper first and adjust the focus. In the menu "Options" "Video capturefilter Video Image" remove the check in front of White Balance Auto, and remove the check in front of Exposere time AUTO and Dark Area. This imaging mode is manual horizontal and horizontal mode, and the imaging system will automatically adjust the light. Then put the object to be detected on the stage.
Software function
1. Still images can be captured in accordance with the law according to the time interval set by the user;
2. Images can be saved in the form of JPG, BMP, TIF and SFC;
3. The image has pixel size such as 1280x1024, 1024x768, 800x600;
4. Full-screen real-time display of living biological images on the computer;
5. Can record motion video in AVI format.
6. Has advanced measurement functions, including circumference, width, radius, circumference and angle calculation;
7. Measurements can be made instantly and easily by selecting an area or image;
8. The zoom function makes the start and end points of the measurement more accurate;
9. Data can be imported into spreadsheets.
