1. The high-voltage electroscope that is put into use must be an electroscope that has passed the electrical test, and the high-voltage electroscope must be tested regularly to ensure its good performance.
2. When using a high-voltage electroscope, you must wear high-voltage insulating gloves and insulating shoes, and have a special person to supervise it.
3. Before using the electroscope, you should first check whether the electroscope is in good condition, and it is valid. You should also check the correctness of the alarm on the live equipment with the appropriate voltage level, and then you can go to the equipment that needs to be grounded. The corresponding electroscope should be checked to avoid wrong judgment during the on-site test.
4. You must concentrate on the electricity inspection, and do not do things unrelated to the electricity inspection, such as answering and calling mobile phones, so as to avoid mistakes or omissions.
5. The power inspection of the line should be carried out phase by phase. When the power inspection of the circuit breaker or isolation switch or other maintenance equipment used for liaison is carried out, the power inspection should be carried out on each phase on both sides of the incoming and outgoing lines.
6. When conducting electricity inspection on multi-layer power lines erected on the same tower, the prior low-voltage, posterior high-voltage, prior lower, posterior upper.
7. The electricity test on the capacitor bank should be carried out after the discharge is completed.
8. During the electroscope, let the metal working contacts at the top of the electroscope gradually approach the live part until the neon bulb emits light or emits an audible alarm signal. Do not directly touch the live part of the electrical equipment. The electroscope should not be affected by nearby charged objects so as to give out false signals.
9. If you need to use a ladder during electricity inspection, you should use a solid ladder of insulating material, and take necessary anti-skid measures, and prohibit the use of metal material ladders.
10. After the power inspection is completed, the grounding operation should be carried out immediately. After the power inspection is interrupted, the grounding is not carried out in time. If the operation needs to continue, the power inspection must be repeated.
