How to use the liquid crystal digital display induction test pen

First of all, let’s talk about the induction electric pen measuring the live wire and the zero line. If you test it directly on the outer skin, it will light up and it will be fire. Many, the measured results are not very accurate!

①This kind of test pen can not only measure AC 220V, but also 110V, and even as low as 12V, it can also measure DC. Please refer to the instruction manual for the specific usage method, which will not be described here.

②The sensing distance is not very far, and I usually test it against the insulation sheath of the wire. The live wire and the neutral wire twisted together must be separated, otherwise the measurement will not be accurate. I think it is enough to measure it by sticking to the outer skin. If the distance is far away, it is not necessary.

③If you can separate each wire and know which wire is broken, it is not the kind of wire handle. It is very convenient to stick the electric pen to the outer skin of the wire to find the break point.

④ If it is a pair of wires, the wires must be dispersed so that the charged wires can be detected without peeling off the sheath.

The use of the induction tester, like the digital multimeter, requires continuous exploration in practice and continuous summarization of experience in order to master effective test methods for my own use.
