(Note: Do not tilt the front and rear ends too much when adjusting, and make the section controlled by the motor slightly higher, otherwise, withdraw the needle and adjust the manual coarse adjustment knob on the base and repeat the above steps).
7) Sample scanning: set the scanning range X, Y and Z axis range, if the sample is not clear, adjust each parameter to achieve the best image effect.
8) Image saving: save the scanned image file to the specified location, and use image analysis software to analyze various parameters, such as three-dimensional images, surface roughness parameters, etc.
9) Shutdown: After scanning, click the "Automatic Drive" button in the motor control window. When the number of steps to drive away reaches 3,000 steps, it will stop. Exit the real-time software, turn off the power of the control box and the computer, and put on the dust cover.
