Infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the operating procedures

1. To the location being measured, take out the infrared thermometer from the box;

2. Right hand holding the thermometer handle, index finger snap a switch, will hear the "BI-BI" sound, the power supply is connected, the screen will display the temperature of the object you are facing, the measurement should pay attention to the distance coefficient K, the machine K = D: S = 12:1, commonly understood as the measurement range of 12m away, the object measured area of the diameter of 1 meter The circle, if greater than 12m at the existence of a 1m diameter object, the measured temperature of the object will be inaccurate.

3. To measure the object, place the lens squarely on the object to be measured, press and hold the switch to carry out the measurement, at this time the upper left side of the screen will appear scanning (SCAN) symbols, indicating that the measurement is being carried out, release the switch, the upper left side of the screen will appear to hold (HOLD) symbols, which is displayed on the screen that is the temperature of the object to be measured.

4. Use the instrument in a dark environment with poor visibility or darkness, first release the power switch button, and then press the laser/backlight (LASER/BACKLIT) button, which is displayed on the screen laser/backlight symbols, which is to press the switch to measure, you will see the object to be measured on the appearance of the red dots, indicating that the temperature of the region is being measured. When not in use, release the power switch button, and then press the laser/backlight button, press one without laser, press two without backlight, press three without backlight and laser.

5. In the detection of a surface (such as airtight), available fixed-point method, each measurement must be recorded in a timely manner. Measurement data is automatically maintained for 7 seconds, no operation, 30 seconds automatic shutdown. The backlight is automatically turned off after a delay of ten seconds.

Determining the response time of infrared thermometers Introduction
Response time indicates the response speed of the infrared thermometer to the measured temperature change, defined as the time required to reach 95% of the energy of the final reading, which is related to the photodetector, signal processing circuitry and the time constant of the display system. Some infrared thermometers have a response time of up to 1ms, which is much faster than contact temperature measurement methods. If the target's movement speed is very fast or measure the target of rapid heating, to choose a fast response infrared thermometer, otherwise it can not reach a sufficient signal response, will reduce the measurement accuracy. However, not all applications require a fast response infrared thermometer. For stationary or target thermal processes there is thermal inertia, the response time of the pyrometer can be relaxed requirements. Therefore, the choice of the response time of the infrared thermometer should be adapted to the situation of the target to be measured. Determine the response time, mainly based on the target's speed of movement and the target's temperature change rate. For stationary targets or targets involved in thermal inertia, or the speed of existing control equipment is limited, the response time of the pyrometer can be relaxed requirements.
