2. Axial cutting method: Axial cutting method is a measuring method that uses the marks of the central microscope to aim and locate the axis line passing through the measured part and the scribed line on the measuring knife. The measuring knife is an accessory of Wangongxian. There is a moment line on its surface, and the dimensions from the scribe line to the cutting edge are 0.3 mm and 0.9 mm. When measuring, the measuring knife is placed on the measuring knife backing plate, and the scribe line surface passes through the axis of the measured part, so that the cutting edge of the measuring knife is in close contact with the measured surface, aiming with the corresponding miter line, and measuring the distance between the scribe lines of the two measuring knives, the measured value of the measured part is indirectly measured. In order to avoid calculation in measurement, two groups of four symmetrically distributed parallel lines are carved on both sides of the middle vertical miter line, and the distance between each group of scribed lines and the center scribed line is 0.9 mm and 2.7 mm respectively, which is exactly three times of the distance between the cutting edge of the measuring tool and the scribed line of 0.3 mm and 0.9 mm.. 3. Contact method: The contact method is a measuring method that uses the marks of the central microscope to aim and locate the double scribed lines connected with the measuring head of the optical hole gauge, which is a universal display accessory close to the measuring point, line and surface of the measured piece. When measuring, press the probe of the optical hole gauge against the surface (inside and outside) of the part. When measure that aperture, firstly, the probe is contacted with the inn hole of the measured piece, and after the maximum chord length is obtained, the middle scribe line of the miter line is sleeved in the middle by the double sets of lines of the optical hole gauge, and a number is read in a reading microscope; Then change the measuring direction, so that the probe contacts the test piece on the other side. Similarly, the middle scribe line of the miter reticle is still sheathed in the middle by the double sets of lines of the optical hole gauge, and another number is read on the reading microscope. The difference between the two readings, plus the actual value of the probe diameter, is the inner dimension of the test piece, and if the actual value of the probe diameter is subtracted, it is the outer dimension of the test piece.
