5. Calibration procedure
To establish a baseline for calibration:
According to the temperature measurement range, put a metal material sample with a diameter area larger than the target diameter required by the infrared thermometer in the resistance furnace.
A certified S-type precious metal thermocouple is bound on it, and the thermocouple is used as a reference temperature source.
Ensure that the temperature of the temperature source is relatively stable, and the expansion uncertainty of the reference calibration temperature source should not exceed the table.
Calibration method: Calibration environment conditions Ambient temperature (18-25) ℃ Reference standard The ambient humidity of the electrical measuring device should meet the corresponding technical requirements.
Relative humidity: >85%, avoid strong background radiation and alternating magnetic field.
Supporting facilities: The accuracy (converted into temperature) of the S-type thermocouple used to measure the standard temperature source and its point test equipment should be better than one tenth of the maximum allowable error of the infrared measuring instrument.

6. Calibration result processing:

During the calibration process, the infrared thermometer calibration record form is written, and the calibration report is filled out after the calibration is completed.
