Introduction
It is suitable for the observation, research and analysis of small targets within a specific range on the surface of large objects. The instrument is equipped with a mechanical stage with a large moving range, a drop-shot illuminator, a long-distance flat-field achromatic objective lens, a large-field eyepiece, a clear image, good contrast, and a built-in polarising observation device.
Features
1,Configured with large field of view eyepiece and long distance flat field achromatic objective lens, the field of view is large and clear.
2,Configured with a large range of movement of the carrier stage, can be fast and slow movement.
3,Coarse and micro-movement coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse and loose adjustable, with limit locking device, micro-movement grid value: 2μm.
4,6V20W halogen lamp, brightness adjustable.
5, trinocular lens barrel, can be freely switched to normal observation, can be 100% light transmission photography unique anti-mould system.
Operation method
Take the mirror and put it in place
1. Hold the arm of the microscope with your right hand, and drag the base of the microscope with your left hand.
2. Put the microscope on the experimental table about 7cm from the edge, slightly to the left, install the eyepiece and objective lens.
Aligning the light
3. Turn the converter so that the low-power objective lens is aligned with the through-aperture (the front of the objective lens should be kept at a distance of 5 to 10 mm from the carrier stage).
4. Aim a larger aperture at the through-hole, keep one eye on the eyepiece and the other eye open, and turn the reflector so that the light is reflected through the through-hole into the lens barrel. A bright white circular field of view can be seen through the eyepiece.
Observation
5. Place the slide specimen to be observed on the carrier table and press it down with the slide holder, the specimen should be facing the centre of the aperture.
6. Turn the coarse focusing spiral, so that the barrel of the mirror slowly down until the objective lens close to the slide specimen (at this time, the eyes must look at the objective lens, the experimenter's eyes should look between the objective lens and the specimen, so as to avoid collision between the objective lens and the specimen).
7. One eye like the eyepiece to see, at the same time counterclockwise rotation of the coarse focusing spiral, so that the barrel of the mirror slowly rise until it is clear to see the object. Then slightly turn the fine focusing spiral, so that the object seen more clearly.
Wiping and closing the mirror
8. If necessary, next to the mirror paper should also wipe the eyepiece, and put it back to the original place.
