Introduction to the numerical standards of four-in-one gas detectors
Regarding the values of different concentration ranges of combustible gas methane:
1. Methane (CH4): When it exceeds 1.00%, the gas detector will sound an alarm;
2. When the methane (CH4) value on the detector is below 1.00%, it is considered normal;
3. When the methane (CH4) value on the detector exceeds 5%, there is a great risk of explosion when exposed to light. Prohibition of electric welding;
4. Methane (CH4) levels exceeding 25% on the detector can cause headaches, dizziness, fatigue, lack of concentration, and accelerated breathing and heartbeat. Go outside for some fresh air every 30 minutes or so.
Regarding the values of different concentration ranges of carbon monoxide:
Carbon monoxide (CO): gas detector alarm when exceeding 24ppm;
When the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 50pm, it is the maximum allowable level for adults to be exposed to it;
When the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 200ppm, After 2-3 hours, there will be a slight headache. Dizziness and sadness, go outside for a breath every 30 minutes or so;
When the carbon monoxide (CO) content on the detector exceeds 400ppm, immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant responsible person.
Regarding the values of different concentration ranges of hydrogen sulfide:
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S): gas detector alarm when exceeding 10ppm;
When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) concentration on the detector is between 50ppm and 100pa, there is a pungent odor. Go outside for ventilation every 30 minutes or so;
When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector is between 100ppm and 200pm, the sense of smell becomes numb. Immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant person in charge;
When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector exceeds 200pm, poisoning occurs within one hour. Immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant responsible person.
Regarding the values of different concentration ranges of oxygen:
Oxygen (02): Gas detector alarm when below 18.0%;
The O2 value on the detector is 20.9%, which is the normal oxygen content in the air;
When the oxygen (O2) value on the detector is below 15%, a person's breathing will be rapid, headache, dizziness, and fatigue and weakness will occur throughout the body. Slow to move, immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant responsible person.
