Strict checks and adjustments are carried out at each stage of the instrument's production and at the time of factory inspection. However, due to the impact of various factors such as transport, vibration, temperature, environmental changes, resulting in changes in the performance of the instrument, it is necessary to carry out the necessary checks and debugging before use. The main items of the instrument check:
1, the installation and use of the instrument, should be the safety of the surrounding environment to check the power supply, voltage, light bulb light source, grounding wire, etc. is correct, firm, should meet the requirements.
2, the main components of the instrument motion performance check: instrument table, longitudinal, transverse slide guide, micrometer, microscope arm guide lifting, angular disc rotation and other components, by visual observation and manual test, must confirm that the structure of the installation is reliable, the position is accurate, the running performance should be comfortable and intact, no loose blocking and rapid jump phenomenon exists.
3,Check of goniometric eyepiece
a. Check of the zero position of the goniometric eyepiece: when the goniometric microscope is in the zero position, the horizontal line of the goniometric eyepiece's metre dividing plate should be parallel to the X-axis sliding direction, and the deviation should not be greater than 6 points.
Checking method: place the knife-edge right-angle ruler on the instrument table, lift the microscope, in the field of view of the eyepiece, presenting a clear image of the knife-edge. Adjust the worktable so that the long side of the cutter image at right angles parallel to the X-axis slide moving direction, rotate the metre marking board, so that its horizontal line and the long side of the cutter image at right angles parallel to the microscope angle disc display value is zero, read out its deviation. Deviation should not be greater than 6 points.
b. Goniometric eyepiece cross line intersection with the centre of its very rotating coincidence check.
Checking method: place a cross dividing board on the working table of the instrument, adjust the instrument so that the cross line image of the dividing board is clearly presented in the angular eyepiece on the metric dividing board, and make the cross dividing board horizontal line image parallel to the horizontal line of the metric dividing board, move the longitudinal and transverse sliding boards to make the intersection point of the two crosses coincide, and then rotate the metric dividing board in any position to observe the two crosses coincide and coincide with the situation, and the coinciding should have no obvious change.
4,Check the perpendicularity of the microscope arm along the direction of the column guide and the working table.
