Maintenance Introduction of Infrared Thermometers
We have carefully analyzed, compared, and demonstrated the actual application situation, existing problems, installation difficulty, performance price ratio, and other issues of various flow meters used in the past;
It is believed that infrared thermometers have the advantages of sensitive response, good linearity, high accuracy, and are not affected by factors such as temperature and viscosity of the measured medium during the measurement process.
1. Infrared thermometers have high accuracy, good linearity, and stable operation, which improves the accuracy of measurement and the reliability of data, overcoming the problem of unreliable measurement data caused by unstable operation of some instruments.
After multiple on-site comparisons, the errors were within the control range, enhancing trust in the instruments and putting an end to the unscientific measurement method of calculating water volume based on the performance curve of the water pump. It effectively achieved the accuracy of instrument data collection and avoided human factors.
2. The infrared thermometer has a simple structure, with no movable components in the sensor, and there is no measurement error or instrument failure caused by mechanical wear or impurity entanglement;
Therefore, the failure rate is very low, and the maintenance workload is greatly reduced, thus saving a lot of manpower and material resources.
3. Infrared thermometers have multiple interface circuits that can be easily connected to data acquisition terminals or computers to achieve automation in data acquisition, analysis, and management.
Management of Infrared Thermometers
1. Compare the test data with previous test results and carefully analyze and study any suspicious data that appears;
Identify possible causes, promptly address and resolve them, and provide an analysis report on the operation of the thermometer.
2. Establish an operation file for infrared thermometers, including the manufacturer, model, production date, installation location, pipe diameter, calibration time, etc. of the thermometer, in order to facilitate maintenance and management of the instrument.
3. Strengthen inspection and patrol work, and conduct regular testing and calibration.
We mainly use two methods. One is to compare the measurement with an infrared thermometer using a portable thermometer with relatively high accuracy;
The second is to use a flow meter calibrator to calibrate the flow converter, check whether various technical indicators are correct, and archive the test data.
