Matters needing attention before using the gas detector
(1) Before use, carefully read the instruction manual corresponding to the gas detector, and be familiar with the performance and operation method of the machine.
(2) Check whether the battery is enough, if it is found that the battery is insufficient, the battery should be replaced in time.
(3) Check the intake filter for debris that needs to be cleaned or replaced.
(4) Start-up time Press the start button for 3 seconds to enter the self-test state, and observe whether the detector is set to a low alarm value and whether the high alarm value is set accurately (the first-level alarm of the CO detector is 50 ppm, and the second-level alarm is 100 ppm; Oxygen detector first-level alarm 19.5%, second-level alarm 22%; hydrogen sulfide detector first-level alarm 10 ppm, second-level alarm 15 ppm), if no need to set and not allowed to use, it should be modified immediately.
(5) During the start-up process, the self-inspection should listen to the graded alarm sound and light alarm, and the vibration alarm is accurate. If it does not meet the set requirements and is not allowed to be used, it should be modified immediately.
(6) Observe whether the initial value is accurate after starting under fresh air conditions (the initial display of 0 ppm≤O2 detector is 20.9%; the initial display of hydrogen sulfide detector is 0 ppm). If the displayed value is inaccurate and strictly prohibited, it should be corrected immediately.
3. Several issues that should be paid attention to in the use of gas detectors
(1) Carefully read the corresponding instructions before use, and be familiar with the performance and operation methods of the machine.
(2) Check the intake filter for debris that needs to be cleaned or replaced.
(3) Try to avoid collisions during use, which may cause abnormal detection data.
(4) Sensors and other components are precision components. Do not open the cover at will when adjusting the instrument. During use, attention should be paid to waterproof and impurity input to prevent abnormal data.
(5) If there are abnormal situations such as continuous flashing of the indicator light, no numerical display on the display screen, no movement of the displayed value in the area where the gas exceeds the standard, and a large gap during use, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the operation should be evacuated to a fresh air area to observe what the problem is, and Eliminate it in time, otherwise it is strictly forbidden to continue to use;
(6) After shutting down, the dust on the surface should be cleaned, and the equipment should be cleaned.
(7) When you do not work for a long time, you should turn off the machine and put it in a dry and dust-free environment that meets the storage temperature.
