Generally in the coarse adjustment spiral focus on the basis or in the use of high magnification, use it for comparison of the adjustment, so as to get completely clear image, and can observe the specimen of different levels and different depths of the structure.

 

6. Objective converter (rotating disc) connected to the lower end of the barrel can be freely rotated disc, with 3-4 holes, the objective lens that is mounted in these holes, rotating the rotating disc can be switched to different magnification of the objective lens. When the objective lens to the working position (i.e., with the optical axis axis), be sure to rotate the disc edge of the notch and the base of the fixed buckle together, otherwise unable to observe the specimen.
