4. Be sure to lower the stage to the lowest point when turning the rotating disk, so as not to scratch the lens of the eyepiece due to improper operation.
5. The slides should be removed for specimen staining or any other operation, and then put back on the stage for observation after the operation is completed.
Operate on the stage to prevent dyes or other liquids from flowing into the microscope or damaging the lens.
6. After observing one material, when you want to change another material, be sure to lower the stage to the lowest point.
