1. Operators should be familiar with the working principles, performance characteristics, testing points and testing items of various instruments.
2. Operators regularly print production reports and monitoring reports every day to reflect the production and operation conditions in the factory in a timely manner.
3. Regularly conduct on-site inspections of the differential pressure gauges at each testing point and make records. Any abnormalities should be dealt with and reported in time.
4. In cloudy and rainy weather, go to the site to inspect the differential pressure meter, and the operator should pay attention to prevent electric shock.
5. The primary sensors of all kinds of differential pressure gauges should be cleaned and descaled as required.
6. The printing mechanical parts of the microcomputer system should be lubricated regularly.
7. If there is a fault in the detection, the transmitter and converter shall not be dismantled or disassembled at will.
8. Protective measures should be taken for maintenance. For various instruments that have not been used for a long time or have been soaked in water due to improper use, they should be dried before use.
9. Computer software that is not used for operation in the factory is strictly prohibited to run on computers on the network. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to exit the computer software or insert a floppy disk.
10. Regular maintenance of various components, probes, converters, calculators, conduction TVs and secondary instruments, etc.
