1. Place the specimen observed by the digital microscope on the stage ZY, so that the object to be observed is roughly in the light-transmitting hole ZY of the stage, and press it with the slice compression spring.
2. Install each magnification objective lens on the nosepiece in turn, and insert the eyepiece into the eyepiece tube.
3. Observe with a low magnification lens during operation, and obtain the best visual field effect through the iris diaphragm under the condenser.
4. Lower the lens barrel so that the objective lens is close to the slice, then observe the eyepiece with your eyes, rotate the coarse focusing screw to make the lens barrel slowly rise, and after observing clearly under the low magnification lens, move the object to be magnified and observed to the field of view ZY.
5. Use the converter to switch to the high magnification objective lens and use the fine focus screw to adjust to a clear object image, and then adjust the aperture to obtain the most clear object image.

6. Operation steps of digital microscope white balance:
If the background color of the image displayed by the observed sample and the background color of the eyepiece field of view are distorted, it is necessary to perform a white balance operation:
①Place the blue color filter or other kinds of color filters in the optical path, then the background of the eyepiece field of view will gradually approach the desired background color. In order to achieve the best background effect, please press and hold the white balance switch for 1-2 seconds, adjust the background color to the background color you want, then release the white balance switch, and then the adjustment of the white balance is completed.
②If you need to change the adjusted image background, you must take out the color filter or adjust the illumination brightness by adjusting the dimming knob on the microscope, and then the above steps can readjust the image background.
