Precautions for installation of combustible detector

1. When the instrument is installed, it needs to be connected by wires, and the power can only be turned on after the wiring is correct when the power is cut off. When installing the instrument, it should be ensured that there is no flammable gas leakage at the current site, and the detection probe should be debugged.

2. The installation position of the combustible gas detector should be as close as possible to valves, pipe joints, gas outlets or places prone to leakage, but care should be taken not to affect the normal use of other equipment.

3. If large-area gas detection is required, a probe should be arranged every 20-50 square meters to achieve the effect of safety monitoring.

4. Since the weights of various gases in the air are different, you should first understand the gases that exist in the current environment when installing the instrument, and then determine its installation location.

5. The combustible gas detector has a variety of installation methods. According to the user's requirements, it can be hoisted on the roof, hung on the wall or connected to the pipeline, and it is necessary to ensure that the installation is firm and reliable.

6. When installing the combustible gas detector, the direction of the sensor should be fixed downward.

7. Shielded cables should be used for wiring, and the diameter of a single wire is greater than 1 square millimeter. The shielding layer must be grounded when wiring.

8. It is recommended to calibrate the installed instrument once a year, so as to ensure the detection accuracy of the instrument to a certain extent.
