Precautions for maintenance and installation of high-frequency power supply

1、 Maintenance and repair of high-frequency switching power supply

During the use of the rectifier, users regularly clean and inspect the machine according to its working environment. Follow these steps:

A. Before opening the chassis, the external power supply must be disconnected for 30 minutes before proceeding.

B. After opening the chassis, clean all parts of the dust. You can use a dry cloth or brush, or use compressed air to blow and wipe, but pay attention to the air pressure not being too high to avoid damaging the components.

C. Check whether the power supply is normal and whether the air switch is reliably disconnected.

D. Check if the fan is working abnormally and if there is any noise.

E. Check the output copper bar for oxidation and clean it in a timely manner.

F. Check for loose screws and nuts.

If there is water flowing out of the machine in the cold switch power supply, check for water leakage in the water circuit and tighten the clamp spring. Regularly clean according to the water quality used.

2: Installation precautions for high-frequency switching power supply:

1. Place the rectifier properly and maintain its stability. To ensure good ventilation of the rectifier, there should be no objects within 0.5m of its front, back, left, and right sides. In addition, avoid operating the power supply in an environment filled with dust and corrosive gases, and stay away from heat sources and humid areas. The relative humidity is 5%~70%, and the ambient temperature is -25 ℃~40 ℃ to extend the service life of the machine.

2. Check if the machine casing is loose and if the ports are damaged during transportation, and confirm that the three-phase air switch is in the disconnected position.

3. Find the power input line, connect the leads separately, and insert the remote control line into the concave and convex parts of the socket firmly and tighten it.

4. There is a "" sign on the bottom left corner of the casing behind the chassis. Please connect it to the ground to prevent static electricity.

5. Turn the power adjustment knob ⑤ counterclockwise to the full stop (minimum state).

6. Close the air switch, the fan starts to rotate, and the power indicator light ① lights up. The fault light ④ will flash several times and then turn off.

7. Turn the "work/standby" switch ② to the "standby" position, and then turn it to the "work" position.

8. Rotate the adjustment knob ⑤ clockwise. When the "voltage stabilizing/current stabilizing" switch is placed in the "voltage stabilizing" position, the reading of the voltmeter will immediately increase to the desired value, and the ammeter will give corresponding indications based on the load size; When the "voltage stabilizing/current stabilizing" switch is placed in the "current stabilizing" position, under load conditions, the reading of the ammeter increases to the desired value, and the voltmeter makes corresponding indications based on the load size. When there is no load, rotate the adjustment knob clockwise to indicate the highest voltage value, and the ammeter indicates zero.

9. When turning off the power, you should first turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise all the way, turn the "work/standby" switch to the "standby" position, and turn off the air switch.

10. When the machine is working normally, the casing will generate eddy currents due to the influence of high-frequency magnetic fields inside the machine, causing the casing to heat up and have static electricity, which is a normal phenomenon.

11. The water-cooled switch power supply is connected to the water source pipe in the water inlet, and the water outlet pipe is connected to the water outlet to check whether the water inlet is smooth. The water pressure switch is already set when the machine leaves the factory, and it should not be lower than the adjusted water pressure during operation.

After the above operation, if there are no abnormal phenomena, it indicates that the power supply is intact and the load can be connected to work normally
