Precautions for the use of coal pile temperature measuring instruments in coal yards
The TH212 coal yard coal pile thermometer is an insertion type thermometer, equipped with an internal insertion type thermometer probe for the coal pile, with lengths of 1 meter, 1.5 meters, 2 meters, 2.5 meters, and 3 meters to choose from. It has strong rigidity and a needle like head structure, which can smoothly insert into the interior of the coal pile. The use is also extremely simple, with one handheld thermometer and the other handheld thermometer probe. The thermometer probe is inserted into the coal pile, and the thermometer displays the temperature value. When using the SWK-2 coal pile thermometer on site, attention should be paid to:
1. Battery: The battery voltage should maintain normal working voltage. When the battery voltage is below 7V, the battery should be replaced. When the battery voltage is insufficient, an upward triangular symbol will be displayed in the upper left corner of the thermometer display screen. At this point, the battery should be replaced to ensure normal use. If the temperature measurement is significantly lower and gradually drops, the first consideration is to replace the battery.
2. When inserting into the coal pile and pulling it outward, please grasp the handle and do not pull the wires.
3. Due to the presence of holes inside the coal pile during stacking, when the temperature probe is inserted precisely into the hole, the measured temperature cannot represent the internal temperature of the coal pile. How to determine if it is inserted into a hole? You can feel it by the touch. When it is inserted effortlessly, it may be the hole, so you can insert it in a different place.
4. The TH212 coal pile thermometer used properly will be durable. So please pay attention to maintenance in your daily life. When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent it from overflowing and damaging the instrument.
