Precautions for the Use of Multi-Component Gas Detectors

1. It is necessary to control the pressure of the sample gas, usually the pressure entering the instrument should not exceed 0.05MPA, and the output pressure of the secondary gauge of the standard gas should not exceed 0.30MPA.

2. All gas pipelines entering the zirconia oxygen analyzer must undergo strict leak detection, and this work must also be checked every six months when the instrument is working normally.

Before entering the instrument, the gas path must pass through a physical filter, 10u; if air resistance is found, the filter screen (filter) can be checked first; The installation location of the instrument should be horizontal and away from the vibration source; To prevent errors caused by uneven sample convection due to detector unevenness. The surrounding environment of the zirconia oxygen analyzer requires good ventilation, and enclosed spaces should be avoided to prevent measurement errors caused by uneven oxygen levels.

4. Due to the high temperature operation of the detection, if the gas to be tested contains H2, CO, CH4, this substance will react with oxygen, consume some oxygen, and reduce the oxygen concentration, causing measurement errors. Therefore, instruments should consider this factor when measuring gases containing flammable substances to avoid measurement inaccuracies.

5. Regularly clean the fan filter of the analyzer, once every quarter; The environment is harsh and requires frequent cleaning to prevent instrument overheating caused by poor ventilation.
When measuring corrosive gases, activated carbon filtration should be used first.

7. Avoid flammable gases around the analyzer, as this can seriously affect the accurate measurement of the detector
