Precautions for use of online dissolved oxygen analyzer and electrode maintenance method
The online dissolved oxygen analyzer is a general-purpose online dissolved oxygen monitoring device for water quality. It is used to connect a digital dissolved oxygen sensor. It can monitor the measurement data and working status of the sensor in real time. It can calibrate and calibrate the sensor. It has data storage, data Transmission, external control and other functions. Equipped with a transflective LCD screen, the operation interface is simple, friendly and easy to operate.
Precautions for using online dissolved oxygen analyzer:
1. An AC contactor is required when the relay is connected to a standard volt device.
2. The instrument needs to be calibrated when the electrode is used for the first time or when the electrode is replaced, and then calibrated every specified time (according to the use environment).
3. The place where the instrument and electrodes are installed should try to avoid interference sources such as frequency converters and standard volt motors. If there is interference, shielding should be done.
4. The shielded wire must be used between the instrument and the electrode and cannot be cut. The length of the signal wire cannot exceed the standard limit length. If the signal wire is to be extended or cut, a pre-signal amplifier must be installed.
Electrode maintenance method of online dissolved oxygen analyzer:
1. If it is found that the response time of the entire measurement system is long, the membrane is broken, the current increases in the anaerobic medium, etc., it is necessary to replace the membrane head and add electrolyte for maintenance.
2. Whether the measured value of the instrument is correct or not is related to the measuring electrode. Therefore, in the entire measuring system, the maintenance of the dissolved oxygen electrode is a key point.
3. The maintenance work of replacing the membrane and adding electrolyte is about once every six months. After each membrane change or adding electrolyte, the electrode needs to be repolarized and calibrated.
4. Electrode membrane surface cleaning: use gauze dipped in a small amount of dilute detergent to gently scrub, or install a water jet cleaning device to automatically and regularly clean the surface of the electrode membrane for dissolved oxygen measurement.
5. Treatment of gold cathode: After the oxygen electrode has been used for a period of time, if a small amount of brown appears on the surface of the gold cathode, the membrane holder must be removed, washed and dried with distilled water, and then gently rub the gold surface with metallographic sandpaper above the standard size for polishing.
6. After polishing, rinse with distilled water and install the membrane frame (pure water can be used instead of distilled water).
