Routine maintenance and calibration method of dissolved oxygen meter
Maintenance of Dissolved Oxygen Meter Electrodes
(1) The electrodes of the dissolved oxygen meter should be cleaned once every 1 to 2 weeks. If there are pollutants on the diaphragm, it will cause measurement errors. Care should be taken when cleaning, taking care not to damage the diaphragm. Rinse the electrode of the dissolved oxygen meter in clean water. If the dirt cannot be washed off, carefully scrub it with a soft cloth or cotton cloth.
(2) The zero point and range of the electrode of the dissolved oxygen meter should be re-calibrated in 2~3 months.
(3) The regeneration of the electrode of the dissolved oxygen meter is carried out about once a year. When the measurement range cannot be adjusted, the dissolved oxygen electrode needs to be regenerated. Electrode regeneration includes replacing the internal electrolyte, replacing the diaphragm, and cleaning the silver electrode. If the silver electrode is observed to be oxidized, it can be polished with fine sandpaper.
(4) If the electrode of the dissolved oxygen meter leaks during use, the electrolyte must be replaced.
Calibration method:
1. Using water saturated gas method;
2. When calibrating, * use;%; method, unless there are specific requirements, avoid using; mg/l; method;
3. Place the sensor in the moisture in the bottle, without direct contact with water, and do not completely isolate the bottle from the atmosphere;
4. Leave it for more than 15 minutes, let the water vapor become saturated, tend to balance, or the dissolved oxygen and temperature readings are stable;
5. Enter the correct atmospheric pressure value (in mmHg column);
6. The difference between the calibration stability and the measured temperature is not more than +-5°C;
7. Determine the calibration value. Dissolved oxygen meter is a very important indicator of water quality testing. A pH meter is an instrument used to measure the pH value of a solution. It is a common analytical instrument and is widely used in agriculture, environmental protection, and industry. Soil pH is one of the important basic properties of soil.
