3. The height of the chair should be appropriate when using the microscope. When observing, you should be used to observing with both eyes at the same time, and the aperture and light source are bright
The degree should be appropriate, otherwise it is easy to feel fatigued when observing for a long time.
4. Be sure to lower the stage to the lowest point when turning the rotary disk, so as not to scratch the lens of the eyepiece due to improper operation.
5. For specimen staining or any other operations, the slides should be removed, and then put back on the stage for observation after the operation.
Operate on the stage so that dyes or other liquids do not flow into the microscope or damage the lens.
6. After observing one material, when you want to replace another material, be sure to lower the stage to the lowest point, and after changing the glass slide
Then refocus according to the standard procedure, do not directly replace the specimen, so as not to scratch the lens or glass specimen.
