unstable temperature
It is normal for a new T12 tip to experience temperature jumps the first time it is used. It needs to be aged for a while to be stable. The specific operation: first set the temperature of 250℃ to tin the head, then adjust the temperature to 350℃ for 30 seconds, turn off the power and wait for it to cool to room temperature, repeat the operation twice, and it will stabilize after slow use.
The soldering iron is plugged in, but it still prompts that the soldering iron tip is not found
This phenomenon means that the soldering iron tip and the handle sleeve are not in good contact. Check whether the soldering iron tip is fully inserted, and whether the shrapnel of the PCB bracket in the handle and the soldering iron tip are in normal contact. Direct contact with the tip of the soldering iron
The tip of the soldering iron burns red
The T12 soldering iron tip is a composite soldering tip with a heating core, a sensor and a soldering tip. When this phenomenon occurs, the sensor is out of control and is basically in an irreparable state.
Usually need to contact the after-sales service and send it back for repair
Burning red, there is only one reason that the sensor is short-circuited, and the real temperature of the tip of the soldering tip cannot be correctly sensed. When the temperature of the tip of the soldering iron tip reaches 520 degrees or more, the front of the whole soldering iron tip will turn red. Use the method of elimination first, and directly replace the handle with a good soldering iron to see if it still has such a situation. If there is no problem, it means that the problem is the handle. Further check whether the sensor of the soldering iron handle is reversed, if the sensor is normal (this type is only persistent for the screen temperature strength is usually 18 ℃, the theoretical temperature is above 560 ℃, the soldering iron is red), and then check whether the six-pin socket and the five-pin socket are soldered reversely. Whether the field effect tube is not well burned, and the handle sensor is welded reversely. The handle line is wrong (replace the handle to eliminate this problem).
Soldering station error
1. If the air plug is in poor contact, re-plug it.
2. The temperature line of the thermocouple in the handle is virtually welded, and repair welding is enough.
3. There are burrs or foreign objects in the temperature measuring hole of the soldering iron head, and the temperature sensing is abnormally delayed. Reinstall after cleaning.
