Requirements for soldering iron tips

1. Type I
Features: The tip of the corresponding soldering iron tip is very small.

Scope of application: The soldering iron tip of this specification is very suitable for fine welding, and it can also be used in places where the welding space is relatively narrow.

2. Type B/LB
Features: This B-type soldering iron tip has no certain directionality, and it can weld the entire front end of the soldering iron tip. Type LB can be said to be a type of Type B. Both sizes of tip are very flexible.

Scope of application: This specification can be used for general welding, regardless of the size of the solder joint.

3. D type/LD type
Features: Welding with batch nozzle.

Application range: suitable for soldering that requires a large amount of tin, such as a soldering environment with large soldering area, thick terminals, and large pads.

4. Type C/CF
Features: Use the slope of the corresponding front end of the soldering iron tip for soldering, which is very suitable for multi-tin soldering.

Scope of application: For some welding that requires a large amount of tin, it can be used in environments with large welding areas.

Five, K type
Features: Use the knife-shaped part for welding. It can be welded for vertical type and pull welding type. It is a multi-purpose soldering iron tip.

Scope of application: It is very practical for correcting solder bridges and soldering connectors.

Six, H type
Features: The corresponding tin-plated layer is located at the bottom of the soldering iron tip.

Scope of application: For some SOPs with relatively large welding pitches of the pull welding type, QFP can be used.
