The temperature-sensing wire is an important small part of the electric soldering iron thermometer. The temperature is 0-600°C. It can resist corrosion and oxidation and is easy to replace. The electric soldering iron tests the temperature by touching the temperature-sensing wire.

The working principle of the temperature sensing line:
There are 3 terminals on the temperature sensing line, 2 of which are divided into positive and negative, and the third is for automatic compensation. In terms of the design of the temperature sensing line, some are two-wire system and some are three-wire system. Short-circuit the "+/-" of the temperature-sensing line with the third line respectively, and end with the output temperature being normal. But the basic principle is to use the corresponding relationship between a certain material and the temperature change, and form a closed loop through two material conductors with different components. When there is a temperature gradient at both ends, there will be current passing through the loop. There is an electromotive force - thermal electromotive force, which is the so-called "Seebeck effect". After the potential signal is amplified by the amplifier circuit, it is converted into an AD signal and displayed with an LED or pointer.
When testing the soldering iron tip, pay attention to:
1. Before testing the temperature of the electric soldering iron, the electric soldering iron must be heated to a temperature that can melt the tin wire normally before testing;
2. Keep the electric soldering iron and temperature sensing line clean, remove the tin remaining on it, put the electric soldering iron close to the test area, and then add a little tin bead on the tip of the soldering iron;
3. Put the electric soldering iron in the middle of the temperature-sensing line, 30 degrees with the temperature-sensing line, keep it for about 4-5 seconds, and the temperature of the soldering iron head will be displayed.
