Routine Inspection Before Use for Large-Scale Tool Microscopes

Strict inspections and debugging have been carried out in every link of instrument production and the factory inspection. However, due to the impact of various factors such as transportation, vibration, temperature changes and environmental changes on the instrument, the performance of the instrument may change. It is imperative to conduct necessary inspections and debugging before use. The main items of instrument inspection are as follows:

For the installation and use of the instrument, check the safety of the surrounding environment. Verify that the power supply, voltage, bulb light source, ground wire, etc. are correct, firm and meet the requirements.

Inspection of the movement performance of the main components of the instrument: For components such as the instrument workbench, longitudinal and transverse slide rails, micrometers, microscope arm rails (lifting), and angle dial rotation, through visual observation and manual testing, it must be confirmed that the structure is reliably installed, the position is accurate, the operation performance is smooth and intact, and there is no looseness, blockage or sudden jump.

Inspection of the angle-measuring eyepiecea. Inspection of the zero position of the angle-measuring eyepiece: When the angle-measuring microscope is at the zero position, the horizontal line of the crosshair reticle of the angle-measuring eyepiece should be parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide, and the deviation should not exceed 6 minutes.Inspection method: Place a knife-edge square on the instrument workbench, lift and lower the microscope to present a clear image of the knife edge in the eyepiece field of view. Adjust the workbench so that the image of the long edge knife edge of the right angle is parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide, rotate the crosshair reticle to make its horizontal line parallel to the image of the long edge knife edge of the right angle, observe whether the indication value of the microscope angle dial is zero, and read the deviation. The deviation shall not exceed 6 minutes.

b. Inspection of the coincidence between the intersection point of the crosshairs of the angle-measuring eyepiece and its rotation center.Inspection method: Place a cross reticle on the instrument workbench, adjust the instrument to clearly display the image of the cross reticle in the crosshair reticle of the angle-measuring eyepiece, and make the image of the horizontal line of the cross reticle parallel to the horizontal line of the crosshair reticle. Move the longitudinal and transverse slides to make the intersection points of the two crosshairs coincide, then rotate the crosshair reticle to any position, and observe the coincidence of the two crosshair intersection points, which should have no obvious deviation.

Inspection of the perpendicularity between the microscope arm along the column guide rail direction and the workbench surface.
