Routine inspection of large tool microscopes before use

 

Strict inspection and debugging have been carried out in every link of instrument production and factory inspection. However, due to the impact of various factors such as transportation, vibration, temperature, and environmental changes, the performance of the instrument will change, so it is necessary to perform necessary inspections and adjustments before use. The main items of instrument inspection:


1. When installing and using the instrument, one-time inspection of the surrounding environment should be carried out. Whether the power supply, voltage, light bulb light source, grounding wire, etc. are correct and firm should meet the requirements.


2. Inspection of the movement performance of the main parts of the instrument: the instrument table, vertical and horizontal slide guide rails, micrometer, microscope arm frame guide rail up and down, angle measuring disc rotation and other components, through visual observation and manual test, it must be confirmed that the structural installation is reliable and the position Accurate, the running performance should be comfortable and intact, without looseness, blockage and jerk phenomenon.


3. Inspection of goniometric eyepiece
a. Inspection of the zero position of the goniometer eyepiece: when the goniometer microscope is at the zero position, the horizontal line of the goniometer reticle of the goniometer eyepiece should be parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide plate, and the deviation should not be greater than 6 points.
Inspection method: place the knife-edge square on the instrument table, lift the microscope, and present a clear knife-edge image in the field of view of the eyepiece. Adjust the workbench so that the right-angled long-side knife-edge image is parallel to the moving direction of the X-axis slide plate, turn the Pozi reticle so that the horizontal line is parallel to the right-angled long-side knife-edge image, observe whether the angle plate of the microscope shows zero, and read out deviation. The deviation should not be greater than 6 points.


b. Check the coincidence of the intersection point of the goniometer eyepiece reticle and its rotation center.
Inspection method: place a cross reticle on the instrument workbench, adjust the instrument so that the cross line image of the reticle clearly appears on the reticle of the goniometer eyepiece, and make the horizontal line image of the cross reticle coincide with the Mi word The horizontal line of the reticle is parallel, move the vertical and horizontal slides to make the intersection of the two cross lines coincide, then turn any position of the reticle with the rice word line, and observe the overlap of the intersection of the two crosses. There should be no obvious change in the coincidence.


4. Inspection of the perpendicularity between the microscope arm frame and the worktable along the direction of the column guide rail
