Selection and precautions of LED switch power supply
、 The metal casing power cord and casing are generally connected to ground (FG) and should be reliably grounded to ensure safety. The casing should not be mistakenly connected to the neutral line.
、 Before completing the installation and powering on for trial operation, please check and verify the wiring on each terminal again to ensure that the input and output, AC and DC, single-phase and multiphase, positive and negative, voltage and current values, etc. are correct before powering on for operation.
、 For high-power LED switching power supplies, there are generally three or more "+" input terminals and "-" output terminals. In fact, they belong to the same output electrode, but for the convenience of user wiring, multiple terminals are separately connected internally and connected together.
、 To achieve sufficient heat dissipation, it is generally installed in a location with good air convection conditions or on the chassis shell to transfer heat through the shell.
、 Before the LED switch power supply leaves the factory, resistive loads should be added. If it needs to be used for capacitive or inductive loads, it should be explained in advance when ordering
、 For symmetrical loads with dual outputs, a symmetrical output power supply is preferred
、 For users whose power supply FG is not grounded, it is normal to feel numb electricity when touching the casing or output. When floating to the ground, the FG has an AC output of about 110V to the ground, which is determined by the internal structure of the power supply.
、 Definition of AC input power supply Input power supply=output power/(input voltage * power factor * efficiency)
、 Leakage current: When multiple power supplies are in use, they are connected to the same grounding point together. The total leakage current is composed of the leakage current of each unit added together. At that time, the reliability of the protective grounding wire and whether the grounding resistance meets the requirements should be checked to avoid electric shock.
