Basic operation method of manual welding
• Preparation before welding
Prepare the electric soldering iron, tweezers, scissors, diagonal pliers, needle-nose pliers, solder, flux and other tools, tin the electric soldering iron and the weldment, hold the solder in the left hand, and the electric soldering iron in the right hand, and keep it ready for soldering.
• Heat up the weldment preparation with a soldering iron.
• Feed in the solder to melt the proper amount of solder.
• Remove solder.
• Remove soldering iron quickly when solder flow covers solder joint.
Master the welding temperature and time. When soldering, there must be sufficient heat and temperature. If the temperature is too low, the fluidity of the solder is poor, and it is easy to solidify, forming a virtual joint; if the temperature is too high, the solder will flow, the solder joints will not be easy to deposit tin, and the flux will decompose faster, which will accelerate the oxidation of the metal surface and cause printed circuit boards The pads on the board come off. Especially when natural rosin is used as flux, the soldering temperature is too high, it is easy to oxidize and peel and produce carbonization, resulting in virtual soldering.
